Unsubscription / Termination

WARRANTIES AND DISCLAIMERS

Our Services are provided to the "Client(s)" and/or "User(s)" without any guarantees, conditions or warranties as to its accuracy to the maximum extent permitted by law. The Services provided by us, are provided “as is” or “as available” and we disclaim any and all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to any warranties of accuracy, and reliability for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee and are not liable for any failure to access or store Your data on our server, as a part of our Service, at any time. - The quality of the Service subscribed by the "Client(s)" and/or "User(s)" will meet Your expectations, or be free from mistakes, errors, or defects; or
- Any errors or defects in the Service will be corrected.
Our Service could include technical or other mistakes, inaccuracies, or typographical errors. We may make changes to the materials and Services, including the prices and descriptions of any Service, at any time without notice. Our Service materials may be out of date, and we make no commitment to update such materials or Services.
The use of our Service, is done at the "Client(s)" and/or "User(s)" own discretion and risk. Any analysis made/decision taken with reliance on our Services is done at the sole discretion and risk of the "Client(s)" and/or "User(s)", and we shall not be held liable to the "Client(s)" and/or "User(s)"/any third party, for any damage or loss incurred to the "Client(s)" and/or "User(s)" due to the same.

Our Liability

We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage incurred by any "Client(s)" and/or "User(s)" or in connection with the use, inability to use, or results or the use of the Website, any websites linked to it and any materials posted on it.
We shall not be liable for any special, direct, indirect, punitive, incidental or consequential damages or any damages whatsoever (including but not limited to damages for loss of profits or savings, business interruption, loss of information), whether in contract, negligence, tort, equity or otherwise or any other damages resulting from any of the following:

- Any defect in the Data, information provided to us by the "Client(s)" and/or "User(s)";
- Unauthorized access by third parties to the Subscription Account of the "Client(s)" and/or "User(s)" and the Services the "Client(s)" and/or "User(s)" has subscribed to/ any other information pertaining to the "Client(s)" and/or "User(s)"; and
- Any matters relating to Services however arising, including negligence.
The limitations and exclusions of liability to our "Client(s)" and/or "User(s)" under the terms shall apply to the maximum extent permitted by law and shall apply whether or not we have been advised of or should have been aware of the possibility of any such losses arising
The "Client(s)" and/or "User(s)" is advised and required to inform its customers, friends, Colleagues, Clients, etc. of the arrangement of sharing and storage of data with CAMSNEL and make it terms of use of its own website such that no liability is created on behalf of CAMSNEL for the act of sharing and storage of data.

Limitation Of Liability

CAMSNEL will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses (even if CAMSNEL has been advised of the possibility of these damages), resulting from "Client(s)" and/or "User(s)" use of the Services, or CAMSNEL’s provision of any Services. Under no circumstances will the total liability of CAMSNEL arising out, of or related to "Client(s)" and/or "User(s)" use of the Services (including but not limited to warranty claims) or CAMSNEL’s provision of any other Services, regardless of the forum and regardless of whether any action or claim is based on contract, tort, negligence or otherwise, exceed the amount of Rs. Indemnity

"Client(s)" and/or "User(s)" will defend, indemnify and hold harmless CAMSNEL, and its affiliates, officers, agents, employees, representatives, and assigns, from any costs, damages, expenses, and liabilities resulting from claims (by either a User or any third party) due to (i) "Client(s)" and/or "User(s)" use of the Services, (ii) "Client(s)" and/or "User(s)" violation of this Terms and Condition, Privacy Policy, GDPR Policy (iii) "Client(s)" and/or "User(s)" act or omission with regards to their obligations to a User or third party (iv) "Client(s)" and/or "User(s)" violation of any rights of a third party through use of the Services, or (v) sharing of Data/ any other information by the "Client(s)" and/or "User(s)" to CAMSNEL.

“CAMSNEL,” the CAMSNEL logo, and any other product or service name or slogan displayed on the Website pertaining to the Services are trademarks of CAMSNEL, or its affiliates, and may not be copied, imitated or used, in whole or in part, without the prior written permission of CAMSNEL or the applicable trademark holder. "Client(s)" and/or "User(s)" shall not use any metatags or any other “hidden text” utilizing “CAMSNEL” or any other name, trademark or product or service name of CAMSNEL without prior written permission.
"Client(s)" and/or "User(s)" agrees to allow CAMSNEL, and hereby does provide CAMSNEL with the necessary rights and licenses, to use "Client(s)" and/or "User(s)"’s name and logo on the CAMSNEL website, blog and/or in marketing materials, including case studies and as press references, to identify "Client(s)" and/or "User(s)" as a "Client(s)" and/or "User(s)" of CAMSNEL. "Client(s)" and/or "User(s)" agrees to act as a "Client(s)" and/or "User(s)" reference for the Services and "Client(s)" and/or "User(s)" agrees to respond reasonably to all such reference contacts.

Viruses, Hacking And Other Offences
